Birthday Party FAQ

How to book your party: Call us or send an email to info@turfandtennis.com

What we provide:

  • 1 ½ hours of time on a climate controlled indoor turf field (approx. 100’ x 70’)
    • Breaks for filtered water are provided as needed
    • A protected viewing gallery is available for adults to view the activities
    • A sound system for background music
  • (Optional) Party to coach to lead/facilitate activities
  • (Optional) Food service in a private room up to 1 hour

    • Additional food items are available from our caterer, Capri of Tarrytown, at the posted prices (see menu at https://www.gotpizza.com/)
    • Standard pricing includes generic tablecloths and paper plates, etc.
  • (Optional) Food service in a non-private/shared room up to 1 hour for 26 or more children
    • An additional service charge may be applied for groups larger than 25

 

What you (optionally) provide:

  • Decorations
  • Themed tablecloths, plates, etc
  • Birthday cake
    • A staff member can assist with cutting and serving upon request
    • Freezer to hold an ice cream cake is available
  • Additional food, snacks, beverages (without Food Service an additional charge will apply)

 

Cost & Terms:

  • A minimum $100 deposit is required to book/confirm the date.  The deposit becomes non-refundable at 5 PM seven (7) days before the date of the party.
  • Please contact us a few days before the party to reconfirm all details

Our standard parties include 1 hour 25 minutes of fun and games on a 100 x 70-foot indoor turf field followed by 1 hour in our private party room (up to 24 children)!  Customized parties and DIY available upon request.
